Since a gear 5 of one end 3c engages with both rack gear 9 of the cover 1 and a rack gear 4d of a holder 4, at this time, the holder 4 moves in a direction E with a disk 7 is loaded. A moving distance l is twice as much as the moving distance of the gear 5. Oppositely, when a spring force is always added in a direction F to open, if a stopper is released, the gear 5 of one end 3c of the arm 3 turns and moves along the long hole 8a, the holder 4 slides and the disc 7 is pushed up to the outside of the cover 1.
