PURPOSE:To keep the water level of a water channel system within a permitted range with a simple circuit configuration by operating the compensating value of discharged flow rate on the basis of the variation of the water level during the sampling period and compensating the discharged flow rate on the basis of the compensating value. CONSTITUTION:An transmission element 15 indicates the transmissibility of a water channel part consisting of a driving channel 2, a head tank 1, and a discharging channel 4 and includes a delay element 8, constant elements 9, 14a, an integration element 11, adding points 10, 12, and a control element 16. The element 16 controls the outflow rate Q of the water channel system and includes an outflow rate controlling element 18, a sampler 20, a holding element 19, etc. An adding point 17 compares the value indicated by a water level setting command ho with the real value h to find the water level deviation and supplies the deviation to the element 18. The element 18 finds the discharged volume compensating value from the variation of the water level during the sampling period to compensate the ordinary discharged flow rate. |
