A jig is composed of a turnbuckle(4) which has screw holes(3) with the different directional screws at both ends, connecting bars which are locked with the screw holes(3) of the turnbuckle(4) and have a supporting piece(5) at both ends and can move right and left at the same time, a square frame(8) connected with both struts(7) at both ends, having a center pendulum at the bottom, a reinforcement fixed bar(9) which is located between the connecting bars(6) and can move to the same direction as the connecting bars(6), a supporting bar(11) fixed to the scale(10) having notches in specific intervals, and bearings(12) fixed at both ends of the turnbuckle.
