The hydrokinetic coupling consists of a transverse wall (2) connected to a driving shaft and equipped with a central guide ring. It has an axially-moving piston which forms, with the ring and partition, a variable volume, bounded on the outside by a disc (10) and friction linings (11). The piston is connected to the transverse wall by tangential elastic vanes (40) fixed to a drive member (44) which is joined in turn to the transverse partition by laser welding or adhesive. The vanes are connected to the piston by fixings (41,42) which pass through both components.
