To control the rotation number to plural steps by varying the capacity of the mobile condenser while driving the motor, this circuit is composed of the plural relays which selectively connect the mobile condenser of more than one by the microcomputer, and containing plural mobile condensers, and as the control of the above microcomputer, which varies the capacity of the mobile condenser to control the rotation number to plural steps.
