Shelf unit conveyor with carriage travelling along aisles

The carriage has an elevating platform for the goods being loaded and unloaded. Both sides of the elevating platform have a slide arrangement (2) which is extendible to both sides across the shelving-aisle. A belt conveyor (21), which can be reversed in direction, runs in the same direction as the slide arrangement. The slide arrangement can be altered in height between an operating and non-operating position. The elevating platform has at least one further reversible belt conveyor (25). The conveyor is also provided with couplings (13) which can be moved along the slide arrangement, on a support (15) between two parallel pull-out rails (4).
