The holder is formed as a front plate (10) for a front aperture opening (58) of the sub- rack (50). It has a recess (16) for a screw (18) by means of which the front plate (10) is screwed to the sub-rack (50). The front plate (10) has a receiving compartment (20) formed to receive at least one electronic circuit (46) and the screw head of a screw (18) inserted into the recess. The compartment (20) is permanently connected to the front plate (10) and is moulded from a hardened plastic. The front plate may be a card in PC-AT format. The arrangement may also have at least one fastening tongue for a circuit board. The front plate may be integrally formed from bent sheet metal or moulded plastic or metal with the walls of the compartment. The electronic circuit may include an electronic diary and/or accounts memory.
