An environment improving implement wherein a predetermined granular and/or powdery element and/or compound is sealed in a glass tube having a predetermined shape. The element and/or compound is selected from among Si, SiOx, C, Al, P, Ge, Sn, Pb, Cu, Ag, Au, Ni and Fe. When the environment improving implement is embedded underground, a stray current is ready to flow, thereby enabling to prevent electrification. When a sounding body is sounded in a space defined by at least three environment improving implements, air, human bodies, animals, plants and objects can be activated.
