摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of excessive engine brake at the time of deceleration driving on a descending slope, in a vehicle in which lock-up slip control and descending slope control of automatic transmission are carried out. SOLUTION: In the case where it is judged by a deceleration slip control start condition judging means 200 that a deceleration slip control start condition is set up, and descending slope driving of the vehicle is judged by a descending slope driving judging means 196, 4 to 3 down change gear of the automatic transmission 14 on descending slope driving it prohibited by a descending slope control means 198. As a result, deceleration slip control of a lock-up clutch 32 is preferentially allowed by a decelerating slip control means 202, and thereby, it is possible to prevent excessive engine brake by decelerating slip control and descending slope control at the time of decelerating driving on a descending slop so as to obtain stable operation property.
