PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generation circuit capable of suppressing the fluctuation of an output level accompanying the fluctuation of a power source voltage. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with resistors 1, 4, 5, 9 and 11, a capacitor 6, NPN transistors 2, 3, 7, 8, 10-1 to 10-m and 12-1 to 12-n corresponding to the supply inputs of a power source voltage VCC and ground potential GND and receives an input current supplied through the power source voltage VCC to output a prescribed reference voltage VREF. The fluctuating part of the input current with the fluctuation of the power source voltage VCC is divided into m pieces of parallelly connected NPN transistor 10-1 to 10-m to control-suppress a current flown-into the reference voltage generation circuit. Then, the fluctuation of the output level of the reference voltage VREF is maintained within values at a prescribed level through this current suppressing operation. |
