PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell with high oxidation resistance at low cost by laminating a separator obtained by forming a conductive ceramic film on a heat resistant alloy main body in a laser ablation process with a power generation cell. SOLUTION: A separator main body 8 having grooves 6 through which fuel gas is passed on the surface and grooves 7 perpendicularly crossing the groove 6, through which air is passed on the back surface is formed by molding a heat resistant alloy with high working capability. A conductive ceramic film 9 is coated on the main body 8 in a laser ablation process to obtain a separator 3' with high oxidation resistance. A plurality of separators 3' and a plurality of power generating cells are laminated in order, and thereby, a solid electrolyte fuel cell with high oxidation resistance and low output drop even after long operation is easily obtained at low cost. |
