PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a central controller to relieve its own load when the central controller reads management data of the image forming device. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a read request of copy management data from a central controller 6 via a communication line 8 and a data communication equipment 7 by copying machines 1-5, they discriminate to be available of a reply to the central controller 6 and sends the copy management data to the central controller 6 via the data communication equipment 7 and the communication line 8. In the case that they cannot immediately be replied to the central controller 6, they allows the data communication equipment 7 to terminate the communication with the central controller 6 and make a call to the central controller 6 when copy management data are received from the corresponding copying machine. |
