COMPOSITE PANEL MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be used in a wide range of various fields as a low-cost composing material of superior heat insulation properties, heat resistance, fire resistance and strength which is manufactured by a simple method. SOLUTION: This composite panel material is constituted of a plate-shaped base layer 11 composed of an inorganic curing material, laths 12 bonded integrally on an upper face 11a of the plate-shaped base layer and a resin foamed body layer 13 bonded integrally with the plate-shaped base layer 11 through the laths 12. The laths are heat welded on a lower face 13b of the resin foamed body layer 13, and the upper face 11a of the plate-shaped base layer 11 composed of the inorganic curing material is bonded integrally with the laths 12 on the lower face 13b of the resin foamed body layer 13.
