<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an output and a cost so as to perform miniaturization, by driving a heater so as to be relatively slid relating to a cut workpiece and to change a contact part, so that the cut workpiece containing water can be efficiently melted. SOLUTION: A heater 4 is concentrically fixed to right/left two horizontal shafts 8, 9 rotatably supported to a main unit 2. The horizontal shaft 8, 9 is in parallel to each other, the heater 4 is alternately arranged along a rotational axial direction. The horizontal shaft 8, 9 is driven to rotate, the heater 4 is driven to rotate as shown by arrow marks A, B. A contact part with a cut workpiece in the periphery of the heater 4 is displaced in the downward and the outward of guide surfaces 6a, 7a, the contact part with the cut workpiece, input from an input port 3, is always changed. In this way, in the heater 4, heat of one part is taken by water contained in the cut workpiece, even when a temperature is decreased, the other high temperature part comes into contact, a temperature decreased part is also restored to the former temperature till coming into contact again, the high temperature part is always brought into contact, the cut workpiece is efficiently melted to be cut.</p> |
