PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crease from being generated when a tread rubber layer and a side rubber layer are bonded by providing a number of cutouts on the periphery on the side positioned on the inner side of the radial direction of the tread rubber layer. SOLUTION: A number of cutouts 41 are provided on the periphery on the side positioned on the inner side of the radial direction of the tread rubber layer 4 and a belt and a rubber layer 4 are bonded on the outside of a crown part under a condition where the diameter is expanded into a toroid shape and a pair of left and right side rubber layer 5 are bonded on the surface of the side part to correct the difference between the peripheral length of the outermost side in the radial direction and the peripheral length of the innermost side in the radial direction generated when bonded in a molding process for manufacturing a green tire. Therefore, there exists no excess rubber and when it is bonded in a molding process and green tire is rotated while an unvulcanized rubber member is press-bonded by means of a stitching roller, there exists no possibility to produce crease. Therefore, there exists no possibility for generating crease even when the green tire is vulcanized. |
