PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a compressor by reducing pressure to be applied to a bellows for partitioning a compression chamber and a driving chamber. SOLUTION: A compressor is provided with a case 2, a piston 3 arranged in the case 2 and to be reciprocated in the case 2, driving means 4, 5, 7 for reciprocating the piston 3, and an annular flexible member 8 interposed between the front surface part 3b of the piston 3 and the inner wall of the case 2 and capable of being extended and contracted in the reciprocating direction of the piston 3. The annular flexible member 8 airtightly sections a compression camber 9 to be formed by an inner space from a driving chamber 10 to be formed by an outer space, and pressure in the driving chamber 10 is maintained to approximately medium pressure between the minimum pressure and the maximum pressure in the compression chamber 9. |
