PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically dissolve a fail by a method wherein a success or a fail of a rotary conveying plate is detected from a supply port of a part supplier, and when a supply fail is detected, a fine vibration for dissolving a fail is given to the rotary conveying plate. SOLUTION: While a rotary conveying plate 3 is intermittently rotated, whenever a recess part 3a may be stopped at a specific supply position, it is detected by a sensor 6 whether or not a part P is supplied to the recess part 3a. When a supply fail is produced, basical operations of intermittent rotation are temporarily stopped, and a drive signal for rotating the rotary conveying plate 3 frontwardly and backwardly in the range of fine angle is supplied to a motor 5. Thereby, the rotary conveying plate 3 under a stop condition is rotated frontwardly and backwardly in the range of fine angle and the part P is correctly inserted into the recess part 3a. Accordingly, there is nothing troublesome that, whenever a supply fail may occur, the device is stopped and parts plugging is dissolved manually, and it is possible to carry out an expected part conveyance at a high working ratio. |
