PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely store all the state changes related to an accident when it happens. SOLUTION: A network interface 13 receives state change packet data from Ethernet 11. This state change data is inputted to a state change buffer 14. State change packet data is stored in the state change buffer 14 only for Δt second. This state change packet data is analyzed by a state change processing part 15, which judges whether an accident is in the middle of being happened and judges whether Δt second passes after the state change is generated. When there is no state change, the state change causing the accident exists within the state change buffer 14 to store the contents of the state change buffer 14 in an accident state change history storing part 16. After then a display device 17 displays the happening of the accident and a state convergent monitoring part 18 is operated to monitor the convergent of the state change converged part. |
