PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the radio communication equipment consisting of E simple portable telephone set such as a PHS portable radio equipment with excellent performance in which setup of a link channel is quickly and surely conducted at the entry to the service area from the outside of the area and power consumption is surely suppressed. SOLUTION: The radio communication equipment is provided with a reception section 23 and a demodulation section 24 to receive a synchronizing signal of other radio system having a service area including at least part of the service area of this radio communication equipment, detects a relative time between the synchronizing signal of this radio system and the synchronizing signal of the other radio system and stores the relative time in cross reference with base station identification data of the synchronizing signal of the radio system. |
