PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a loss due to venting of unburned inflammable gas to the atmosphere from a burner and prevent explosion due to unburned inflammable gas in a pipe. SOLUTION: Air, oxygen or oxygen-enriched air for combustion of unburned inflammable gas is supplied to the vicinity of an exhaust gas suction port of exhaust side burners 2a, 2b or between the burners 2a, 2b and heat-storage bodies 3a, 3b to completely burn unburned inflammable gas in combustion exhaust gas before the unburned inflammable gas reaches the bodies 3a, 3b, whereby unburned heat loss due to venting of unburned inflammable gas to the atmosphere is avoided so that combustion efficiency of a system, as a whole, can be improved. And explosion due to unburned inflammable gas in a pipe at the time of pitching of combustion can be prevented. |
