The invention concerns a nuclear-reactor fuel element with a hexagonal grid-like spacer whose grid apertures are manufactured to tight tolerances. The spacer includes basic components which each have a first (6) and a second (7) internal fin. The second internal fin (7) has an angled edge (o) to which one edge (6a) of the first internal fin (6) is welded. The basic components are initially manufactured and subsequently assembled and positioned inside the circumference of the regular external fin hexagon. |
