The device comprises the lever (5), the fixed plate (8), the arm (7) fixed to the core (6) of the cable (3), with the rollers or journals (9,10) in the bearings (11,12) moving along the arcs (14,15), against the spring (16) tending to return the lever to the middle position. The whole lever arrangement is held in position by the fixed plate, the spring leaving attached to it at one end and to the cable attachment at the other. The lever can swivel about two axes, moving in a set direction along different arcs on a fixed plate and moving cable in opposite directions by the projecting arm of the lever.
