PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wrapped item from moving back and falling when a wrapping film enclosing the item is supplied to a box motion type end sealer. SOLUTION: Above a carrying device 11, an item-carrying device 30 having an endless belt 43 which rotates within a vertical plane is provided, and an item wrapped in a wrapping film is held between the face 43a of the belt and the carrying device. A first movable pulley 41 positioned at the front end of the endless belt is attached to a movable plate 38 and moves back and forth together with the movable plate. A roller 52 is made to coincide with the guide hole 51 of a guide plate 50, fixed to the movable plate, so as to be ascendable and descendable, and the roller is connected to a top-sealer mount base 15 via a connecting plate 53. When the top sealer moves back and forth, the movable plate moves back and forth following it, thus making an interval between the position of the end of the endless belt and the top sealer 13 constant. |
