摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound powdery superconductor precursor ensuring a wide optimum firing temp. range in which high superconductivity is stably attained and to produce a large-sized homogeneous superconductor having high superconductivity. SOLUTION: The objective compound powdery superconductor precursor is made of a mixture of a melted and rapidly cooled powdery superconductor precursor with a powdery superconductor precursor heat-treated at a temp. below the melting temp. of the melted and rapidly cooled powdery superconductor precursor. The compound powdery superconductor precursor is compacted and fired to produce the objective superconductor. When the melted and rapidly cooled powdery superconductor precursor or the compound powdery superconductor precursor is baked on a substrate and the heat-treated powdery superconductor precursor or the compound powdery superconductor precursor is further baked on the baked precursor, a multilayered superconductor is produced.
