PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing stereoscoprc images corresponding to a viewing position in a wide viewing range by providing a multi-view image formation means for forming multi-view images corresponding to plural two-dimensional images and an image distribution means for distributing the plural two-dimensional images. SOLUTION: A multi-view image input part 100 photographs an object M to be turned into the stereoscopic image from plural angles and prepares plural video signals required for making it be stereoscopic. The video signals from the plural angles prepared in the multi-view image input part 100 are supplied to a multi-view image processing part 200. In the multi-view image processing part 200, the supplied multi- view images are compressed and recorded and the compressed and recorded multi-view images are expanded, reproduced and supplied to an image distribution part 300. In the image distribution part 300, the multi-view images supplied from the multi-view image processing part 200 are distributed and displayed so as to respectively display the corresponding images on finely set plural virtual openings.
