PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the temperature of a lower room and prevent rainwater from penetrating into the lower room. SOLUTION: A heat releasing means 55 for releasing heat of a lower room 26 to the outside includes a drain port 56 which is provided at the bottom of an upper room drain pan 36 and interconnects an air suction side region of an outdoor side fan 8 in an upper room 25 and the lower room 26, a lower room drain pan 57 for receiving water dropping down from the drain port 56, a discharge means 58 for discharging water in the drain pan 57 out of the room 26 to the outside, and a cooling air intake port 59 provided in a casing 23 so that the interior of the room 26 communicates with the outside. The port 59 is formed at a lower position. And by utilizing the pressure difference between the upper room and lower room produced by the rotation of the outdoor side fan 8, air introduced into the lower room from the port 59 is led through the drain port 56 to the upper room so as to be discharged therefrom to the outside. |
