MULTILAYERED RESIN SHEET AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the surface of a multilayered resin sheet from foaming even when a base resin layer is heated to moldable temp. at a time of thermal molding and to also prevent the formation of a flow mark when the miultilayred resin sheet is produced by co-extrusion in the multilayed resin sheet obtained by integrating a thermoplastic resin layer low in load bending temp. with a thermoplastic base resin layer relatively high in load bending temp. and develop ing apparent heat resistance by the heat-resistant base resin layer. SOLUTION: A base resin layer is constituted of an acrylonitrile/butadien/ styrene copolymer (ABS resin) or a blend resin based on the ABS resin and the MFR of the resin is set to 0.7g/10min or more at 220 deg.C under loads if 5kgf. A decorative layer (ABS resin type) or a surface layer (MMA resin) low in deflection temp. under load is integrated with the base resin layer.
