PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer in which quality of steam supplied to a sterilizing tank of the steam sterilizer is improved to improve sterilizing performance, and in which running cost relating to generation of this steam is reduced. SOLUTION: In a steam sterilizer provided with a sterilizing tank 1 to contain a matter to be sterilized by steam filled in it, and a steam introducing space 2 formed to be adjacent to the sterilizing tank 1 for heating the sterilizing tank 1, a clean steam supply line 3 is connected to the sterilizing tank 1, and an ordinary steam supply line 4 is connected to the steam introducing space 2. |
