PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency incision instrument capable of surely turning an incision part into a desired direction. SOLUTION: For this incision tool, an electrically conductive wire 3 is inserted inside a flexible sheath 2, the tip part of the wire 3 is exposed to the outer wall surface of the tip part of the sheath 2, the tip part of the sheath 2 is bent by tracting the wire 3, the incision part 5 is formed by stretching an exposed wire part and a direction control means 6 for controlling the bending direction of the tip part of the sheath 2 is provided inside the sheath 2. In this case, the direction control means 6 is extended from the tip part of the sheath 2 to a part near a base end part, suppression means 10 and 11 for suppressing the rotation of the direction control means 6 to the sheath 2 near the base end part of the sheath 2 are provided and thus, the rotation on the base end side of the sheath 2 is transmitted to the tip side of the sheath 2. |
