摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the resolution of optical characteristics by constituting a probe with a light transmitter having a transmission hole transmitting light at the end which forms a sharp tip part and making the cladding film of the light transmitter probe with a curvature surface gradually recessing from the transmission hole part to the periphery. SOLUTION: An optical fiber 1 is sharpened and covered with a metal film clad 4 except a transmission hole part at the tip end. The clad 4 is formed in a curvature surface gradually recessing from the transmission hole to the periphery. For the optical fiber 1, single mode fiber and multimode fiber with various core diameters and clad diameters and plane of polarization preserving fiber, etc., are used. For the clad 4 material, material reflecting light, such as gold, platinum, etc., are used. By this, light leak around the transmission hole is prevented and the sinking of transmission hole can be prevented.
