PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize signal routing between radio base stations only with a radio signal. SOLUTION: A mobile station 10a sends a frequency multiplex signal between a radio main signal FMu0 and a radio control signal FCu0 to a radio base station 100. The radio base station 100 demodulates only the radio control signal FCu0 and applies frequency conversion to the radio main signal FMu0 and the radio control signal FCu0 depending on a receiver of a radio base station 102 of a routing destination based only on the radio control signal FCu0 and provides the output of an intermediate frequency F2 to a cable 1a. The radio base station 101 applies non-regenerative relaying to the intermediate frequency signal F2 received from the cable 1a to provide the output to the radio base station 102. The radio base station 102 receives the intermediate frequency signal F2 in tuning thereto and applies frequency conversion to the signal F2 into a radio main signal FMd2 and a radio control signal FCd2 and sends them to a mobile station 12a.
