PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a freeze-preventive device to work properly without being influenced by the condition of a boiler or piping. SOLUTION: The temperature of a hot-water heat exchanger 5 provided in an indoor apparatus 6 is detected by a temperature sensor 7 and, when the detected temperature is found lower than the set point, a controlling means 9 acts and an outdoor apparatus 1 which sends refrigerant to a refrigerant heat exchanger 2 provided in the indoor apparatus 6 is made to operate in a manner of indoor heating. As a result, the hot-water heat exchanger 5 is heated by the warmed refrigerant heat exchanger 2 and the hot-water heat exchanger 5 and the piping around it are prevented from freezing and being damaged. |
