<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize delays in plural synchronization transmission signals arrived at different transmission delays and to attain inter-synchronization for other normal lines even on the occurrence of out of synchronism or the like in part of lines. SOLUTION: Plural synchronization transmission signals received from plural lines are written in buffer memories B1...Bn. Then a line whose frame synchronization is established at first is detected for a reference line, a prescribed delay is added respectively to a write reference phase of the synchronization transmission signal received from the reference line to generate automatically a common read phase and all the synchronization transmission signals in the memories are read by the common read phase When the read phases of the synchronization transmission signals are coincident, the read phase for each lien is reserved and the presence of abnormity of the read phase of each line is monitored and when number of lines whose error is detected exceeds a specified number, the reference line is detected again an the common read phase is generated again.</p> |
