<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic optical binding device which prevents the exposure of bonding wires, miniaturizes them, and eliminates the need of bonding position adjustment, and whose cost is reduced and which improves the yield of manufacture assembly. SOLUTION: The stereoscopic optical bonding device is provided with a stereoscopic wiring member 1 where electrode wiring 2-5 are directly provided on the face of a light impermeable member having at lest more than one recessed parts 1a and 1b on the same face and with a light-emitting element 6 or a light-receiving element 7 arranged at the bases of the recessed parts 1a and 1b. The face electrodes of the light-emitting element 6 or the light-receiving element 7 and the electrode wirings are connected by the bonding wires 8 and 9, and are sealed by light transmissive resin 10. Step parts 1c and 1d are provided at least on one inner wall side of the recessed parts 1a and 1b. The electrode wirings are extended to the middle part of vertical faces in the step parts through the inner wall side of the recessed parts 1a and 1b and the horizontal faces of the step parts 1c and 1d. The electrode wirings on the horizontal faces of the step parts 1c and 1d are connected by the bonding wires 8 and 9 with the faces electrodes on the light-emitting elements 6 and the light- receiving element 7.</p> |
