PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a communication charge before starting communication by retrieving the communication charge based on positional information on a moving opposite destination and informing a fixed communication source of the retrieved communication charge. SOLUTION: When a user desiring to communicate to a PHS terminal inputs he number of the PHS terminal to communicate from a nearby communication terminal such as a telephone set at home or a public telephone, the terminal is connected with a digital network 3 through a public network 2. The digital network 3 informs the exchange of a PHS network of the number of the PHS terminal. In this case, a controller within the exchange retrieves a charging device 4c based on the number of the PHS terminal informed from the digital network 3 and retrieves the communication charge from a simultaneous calling area in which a PHS terminal with this PHS terminal number exists. Then the controller transmits retrieved communication charge information as speech information by a communication charge transmitter 4b to the user through the digital network 3 and the public network 2. |
