PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can accurately set a power source voltage supplied to a logic circuit and sufficiently restrain the fluctuation from the set value. SOLUTION: An internal power source voltage generating part 1 and a PLL are installed in an LSI. An internal power source voltage generated by the internal power source voltage generating part 1 is controlled by a control input voltage of a voltage/frequency converting means 2 which corresponds to a VCO of the PLL. By the PLL, the control input voltage of the voltage/frequency converting means 2 is operated, in such a manner that an output clock of the voltage/frequency converting means 2 becomes equal to a constant frequency. By using an internal power source relative to the control input voltage, the level is accurately held, and a power source voltage of little fluctuation can be obtained. Thereby an LSI free from delay time dispersion can be obtained. |
