<p>This method for the compression working of materials envisages the installation of a blank on a support with the possibility of regulated but limited alternating rotations in a direction similar to that in which the blank is rolled by a punch; the additional formation of end residue on the support of a spherical cavity; and then, while preserving the static contact between the ends of the blank and the punch and support, the end of the blank is simultaneously compressed on the side facing the punch, and on the side facing the support impulses are applied with varying intensity and with a frequency which increases to resonance level, the autoresonant effect being maintained throughout the process. For the purposes of its implementation, the device is provided with a planetary deforming and fluctuating support, in the internal cavity of which a hollow gravitational resonator is placed in fluid, and a relaxation unit for elastic tension.</p> |
