Recovery or purification of N-vinyl formamide, useful for the preparation of poly:vinyl amine(s)

A process for the preparation of N-vinyl formamide (NVF) - comprises continuously supplying crude NVF containing no more than 400 ppm acetone-insoluble components to a fractional distillation column in order to obtain NVF with high purity. A process for the continuous purification of NVF is also claimed.
