<p>The scintigraphy apparatus intended to reconstitute an image of a material or member marked by means of an isotope emitting a radioactive radiation comprises a collimator (10), a scintillator (13) adapted to absorb at least a portion of said radioactive radiation and to emit a light radiation, photomultiplier means (14) for amplifying said light radiation, and means (15) for measuring and processing the signals emitted by the photomultiplier means (14) for the different areas of said material or member in order to reconstitute an image of the latter. The apparatus is characterized in that the photomultiplier means comprise a unic photomultiplier (14) which has cross section dimensions which are much superior than its spatial resolution and which comprises means (16) for locating the charges generated by said photomultiplier (14).</p> |
