PURPOSE:To enhance confidentiality and to simplify an information control by using a single common code for several job contents and by allotting a single special code for the job contents with the high confidentiality. CONSTITUTION:When the leading address of a common code number area 32a is stored in a pointer memory area 33 such as the cases of job A, B and D in an EEPROM 3, the area 32a is referred to, the code number is read, whether or not it corresponds to the code number sent from a host computer 10 is decided, and when they correspond, the address access to a processed data is permitted. In such cases as job C and E, when the leading address of the single code number from an independent code number area 32b are stored in the area 33, the area 32b is referred to, the code number is read, and when the both corresponds in the same decision as the above, the address access to the processed data are permitted. |
