System for temporary applying and advertisement on a substrate, especially a floor, which system comprises a wax layer on the substrate, which wax has a melting point above the temperature of conventional cleaning agents, and preferably above 50 DEG C, a coating which in the form of a laminate comprises an adhesive layer, an advertisement in the form of a layer, and a hard, wear and alkali resistant surface layer. The invention also concerns a method for applying and removing the advertisement.
