PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slender medical instrument guide device which is fail-free because of a structure that is as simple as possible, is easy to disassemble if needed for ease of washing and sterilization, etc., and can be manufactured at low cost since its parts can be machined easily. SOLUTION: This slender medical instrument guide device has a slender medical instrument holding member 12, which holds a slender medical instrument 1 provided with a functional part at the end of a slender rod- or cord-shaped body, a main body 11 against which the slender medical instrument holding member 12 is supported in such a way as to freely move back and forth along time direction of time axis of time slender medical instrument 1, and an operating ring 16 provided in engagement with the main body 11 and rotated to cause the slender medical instrument holding member 12 to move back and forth along the direction of the axis of the slender medical instrument 1. |
