PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene/organopolysiloxane copolymer having a structure in which the organopolysiloxane part and the polypropylene part are bonded to each other. SOLUTION: A polypropylene/organopolysiloxane copolymer is produced by a process comprising dissolving anαω-diene/propylene polymer and an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two SiH groups on the average per molecule in a solvent and reacting them by heating to a temperature lower than the boiling point of the solvent in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst. The state of bonding of the SiH groups of the organohydrogensiloxane is not limited.
