<p>The transport device consists of a first set of belts (29,26) and a second set of belts (4a,4b) which run at right angles to the first set. The first set consists of an input section (5) and an output section (6). A transfer arrangement which moves objects from the first belt to the second is mounted above the belts (2a,2b) of the output section. The transfer arrangement 12) consists of a belt (21) which runs at an angle to the first belt system and guides objects to the second belt. The belt (21) is driven from the same drive shaft (11) as is used for the output section by a belt which runs past a curved plate (14) via a guide pulley (17) to the drive pulley (22) of the transfer belt. The transfer belt can be lowered to lie between the belts (2a,2b).</p> |
