An apparatus for fixing an initial voice level of a sound system. The apparatus comprises a nob(12) for manually controlling the voice level of the sound system; a motor for remotely controlling the voice level; a contact unit(16) connected to a controlling axis with a lead pattern(14); a resister(22) having a contact surface(32) contacted to the contact unit(16) and supplying the power; a microcomputer(28) comparing the voltage of the resister(22) and the manually controlled voice level to control the power supplied to the motor(24). Thereby, the high volume of the voice can be cut off.
