Such an elastic stitch as T/C fabric of low density and a spandex stitch are adhered together using an emulsion type acrylic resin, and immersed in water, and in the following process, it is subject to wetting treatment to prevent polyurethane resin from invading into the inside of the spandex stitch. Subsequently, polyurethane composite is coated on the surface of the spandex stitch, having absorbing stitch coated, and is solidified in a solidifying vessel for obtaining polyurethane resin layer.
