0.05-1.0 wt.% of antioxidant, 2-5 wt.% of ethylene copolymer polymerized from ethylene and monomers containing carboxy groups as a crosslink efficiency enhancer, 1.0-4.0 wt.% of crosslink, 0.05-1.0 wt.% of crosslinker, 0.4-0.6 wt.% of carbon black, and 0.2-0.6 wt.% of activator, based on 100 wt.% of polyolefin resin polymerized as a base resin from ethylene and alpha-olefin having at least 4 carbon atoms.
