The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing high-quality of heat adhesive fabric with adhesion-site of double spot-structure and its apparatus. The method comprises the steps of: accumulating powder adhesives from hopper to many of groove formed in the outside of engraved roller; forming adhesion-site of double spot-structure by appling and laminating liquefied adhesive to the outside of powder accumulated in said groove; sticking adhesion-site in surface of textile transferred by adhering closely to the outside of engraved roller.
