PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a lecturer easily recognize the fidelity and the kind of materials, with which the image of materials is displayed at a distant place, and to enable a lecture corresponding to the result by performing the preview display of the image on a soft display on a monitor corresponding to the display characteristics of the soft display in the case of transmitting image data. SOLUTION: An image display device is composed of a keyboard 1 as an input means for inputting various kinds of information, mouse 2, CPU 3 for controlling an entire system, and CRT 4 having a display screen for displaying images. Inside a 1st storage device 5, an image transforming program 505 is provided for intensively degrading the quality of images, and the image data are transformed by a mosaic processing program for averaging a picture in the area whose aspect size is (n). The program 505 transforms the image data extracted by a partial range extraction program 503 corresponding to a set transformation parameter. |
