摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure constituted in such a manner that an optical element may be positioned by elastic holding and that the position and setting of the optical element in accordance with the production dimensional accuracy is made possible even if optical chassis is made of an aluminum alloy, zinc alloy or other metallic materials and a function as an elastic material is not expectable with the chassis body in the part where the optical element is mounted. SOLUTION: Plural holding projections 13 are integrally projected and molded at the optical chassis 10 made of metal. The fitting tolerance of the diameter D1 of the holding surface 13a of the holding projections 13 and the diameter D of the circumferential outside surface 2a of a substrate 2 of a light emitting element 5 is set at a shrinkage fit. The substrate 2 is press fitted and held onto these holding projections 13. The insertion quantity of the light emitting element 1 in the optical axis direction is regulated by regulating parts 13b and 14a and since the pressure fitting parts do not extend to the base ends (a) of the holding projections 13, a large stress does not act on the base ends (a) of the holding projections 13.
